The kiddos and I recently made these dairy free cocoa cookies and they turned out quite delicious!  Due to different allergies in our kids, I often have to think outside the box a bit when baking desserts, so that they can all partake.  These yummy little cookies are soft and have great cocoa flavor, tasting similar to a homemade brownie.
