Welcome, we are so glad you stopped by! Back to Homemade is really a call to slow down, relax and appreciate the good things in life. It is designed with the intention to encourage, educate, inspire, and perhaps unintentionally entertain. We desire to help others live a simpler, more fulfilling and self sustainable life. We are a couple of love birds, a family of ten, currently living on a humble one acre homestead in a rural village in the great mid-west. We believe happiness is homemade. We enjoy spending time together; exploring new places, hiking, growing things, cooking/baking, experimenting, etc.. and pretty much doing life together. This year (2024) we will be married 23 years!!
